Tiramisu

My favorite dessert is tiramisu. It’s from Italy, but the Italian way is much fatter. So I prefer making my own way. It’s the most delicious thing you could ever eat! OMG

wanna know the recipe? Well, of course you do! So here it is! 😀

Ingredients (for 3 persons): 

• 300 gr cottage cheese (natural)
• 250 gr yoghurt (natural)
• 200 gr philadelphia (natural)
• 2 spoons white sugar (or more, if you want it sweeter)
• 150 gr “Marie” cookies (or on your choice)
• 1 cup coffee or cocoa or chocolat drink
• 50-100 gr dark chocolate (sprinkle on the top)

1) Mix the four first ingredients in a big bowl

2) Warm up the coffe/cocoa/chocolate drink, and drip the cookies in the cup

3) Place the cookies (number of your choice) in a piece of glas kind of thing

4) Start pouring the mix (I usually take 2-3 spoons each time)

5) Repeat by placing cookies again, and finish with the mix

6) In the end, just sprinkle chocolate pieces on the top, and place the dessert in the fridge 🙂
